Procedure principle
Rotor pump is also named rotary lobe pump,threelobe pump,sole pump,etc.When the 2 simaltaneous reverse rotating rotors(with 2-4 gears)revolve,it produces suction drive at the inlet(vacuum),which intakes the material deviverd.The two rotors divide the rotor housing into a lot of smaller sized elements and revolve in the sequence of a to b to c to d.When it revolves to positon a,only housing l is stuffed with medium,when it revolves to place b,housing b encloses element of the mediumwhen it goes to position chousing A encloses medium,and finally it goes to placement d,then housing A,B and ll are interlinked and the medium is transported to the outlet.As this approach is repeated,medium(material) is transpor-ted continuously.
